Due to recent billing delays payments made on accounts are not being reflected on the account statement in monthly bills. Until these billing delays are resolved the District is not assessing any late fees or turning off services.
These billing delays may affect the billing periods for accounts set up with autopay on the Xpress Bill Pay website. If your account number begins with 1, 9, 10 or 14, your next autopay payment will be processed on April 9, 2022. If a payment has been made only the correct amount will be processed.
The District would also like to note that the address on the return envelope in District bills has changed. The new address for the return envelope is:
